Los saqueos de principios de año en todo el país – casi en
70 tiendas departamentales según la prensa – y los saqueos en Detroit y otros
lugares de los USA en julio de 1967 tienen en común muchas cosas que para un
científico social y para un comunista entrópico demuestran el nivel de
frustración de un fragmento de la población, cuyos motivos deben ser analizados
no sólo académicamente sino por políticos y dirigentes sociales de diversa
índole para sopesar las “necesidades históricas” y su complejidad que
determinarán la agenda con ese sector y su tratamiento. Cuando se analiza la
composición de clase del sector que participa en estos fenómenos es posible
llegar a comprender estas motivaciones del nivel de frustración y sus “necesidades
históricas”, pues no es lo mismo ser un saqueador negro en Detroit en julio de
1967 protestando por la discriminación racial de cientos de años, que un
delincuente lumpen enviado por la derecha venezolana para quemar un hospital
con médicos internacionalistas cubanos dentro y que sólo los motiva la paga o el
parasitismo de la propiedad pública, como nos refirió la Dra. Aleida Guevara
March, médica alergóloga cubana que para más referencia es la hija del Che
Guevara, sucesos que acontecieron apenas hace poco en las tácticas de “golpe de
estado técnico” que aplica la derecha venezolana en contra de Maduro y su
gobierno de izquierda progresista bolivariana. Trump habla de derechos humanos
en Venezuela, pero ¿acaso los supremacistas blancos que lo apoyan respetan los derechos
humanos como al trabajo de los negros en USA?
Cuando se analiza la tasa de desocupación de los negros de
todas las edades de 1954 a 1967 cuando ocurren los hechos de Detroit y otras ciudades
nos arrojan datos interesantes, pues mientras los negros en ese período
tuvieron diez meses de desempleo los blancos sólo tuvieron cinco meses, casi la
mitad menos, (fuente Departamento del Trabajo de USA) y esto como resultado del
control férreo de los supremacistas blancos que a través de organizaciones
informales como los clubes y las hermandades controlan las proporciones que les
dan superioridad numérica en los grandes sindicatos – con los mejores trabajos
por supuesto – y otras instancias de gobierno, educación y hasta la misma migra
y la policía – pregunten por Arpaio y sus conocidas prácticas policiacas de
discriminación racial -. Entre la negritud americana es fuerte ahora el sentimiento
de que Trump y sus supremacistas blancos dieron “golpe de estado técnico” a la
negritud americana al derrotar a los aliados de Obama y sus conquistas sociales
como el Obamacare. No es lo mismo por lo tanto luchar por conquistas sociales
del disfrute colectivo de los bienes y riquezas públicas, que permiten la
planificación pacífica de las polis o ciudades, que hacerlo por unos cuantos
centavos para enriquecer – propiedad pública que todos pagamos al momento de
adquirir cualquier mercancía, convertida en propiedad privada - a parásitos de
derecha que justifican con el discurso de la religión y los derechos humanos el
apoderarse de los bienes y la propiedad pública, como parte de los planes
imperialistas de Trump y sus derechistas.
Los fenómenos de saqueos en México tienen la misma
connotación, pues nada importa los contenidos de los rumores y ni siquiera
quién los promovió, sino que demuestran el nivel de frustración de un sector de
la población que fue sensible al reciente “gasolinazo” y otras afrentas a la
población y decidió hacer un ajuste de cuentas con el sistema capitalista
mexicano. Todavía falta hacer el análisis de clase y de educación de los que
participaron en los saqueos pero las motivaciones de asonada por asuntos de
economía, parece evidente. Para profundizar en estos fenómenos les recomiendo

lumpenes de derecha que han destruido mi biblioteca y me siguen atacando con

The looting earlier this year across the country -
almost in 70 department stores according to the press - and looting in Detroit
and other places in the USA in July 1967 have in common many things that for a
social scientist and an entropic communist demonstrate the level of frustration
of a fragment of the population whose motives should be analyzed not only
academically but also by politicians and social leaders of various kinds to
weigh the "historical needs" and their complexity that will determine
the agenda with that sector and its treatment. When analyzing the class
composition of the sector that participates in these phenomena it is possible
to understand these motivations of the level of frustration and its
"historical needs", since it is not the same to be a black looter in
Detroit in July of 1967 protesting the Racial discrimination of hundreds of
years, that a lumpen delinquent sent by the Venezuelan right to burn a hospital
with Cuban internationalist doctors inside and that only motivates them the
payment or the parasitism of the public property, as it told us Dr. Aleida
Guevara March, A Cuban medical allergist who for more reference is the daughter
of Che Guevara, events that occurred just recently in the tactics of
"technical coup" applied by the Venezuelan right against Maduro and
his progressive left Bolivarian government. Trump talks about human rights in
Venezuela, but do white supporters who support him respect human rights and the
work of blacks in the United States?
When we analyze the unemployment rate of blacks of
all ages from 1954 to 1967 when the events of Detroit and other cities occur we
are given interesting data, because while blacks in that period had ten months
of unemployment the whites only had five months , Almost half less, as a result
of the iron control of the white supremacists who, through informal
organizations such as clubs and sororities, control the proportions that give
them numerical superiority in the big unions - With the best jobs of course -
and other instances of government, education and even immigration and the
police - ask for Arpaio and his well-known police practices of racial discrimination.
Among American blackness is now strong the feeling that Trump and his white
supremacists gave a "technical coup" to American blackness by
defeating Obama's allies and his social achievements like Obamacare. It is not
the same, therefore, to fight for social conquests of the collective enjoyment
of the public goods and riches that allow the peaceful planning of the polis or
cities, than to do it for a few cents to enrich - public property that we all
pay at the moment of purchase Any commodity, converted into private property -
to right-wing parasites who justify, with the discourse of religion and human
rights, to seize property and public property as part of Trump's imperialist
plans and his right-wingers.
The phenomena of looting in Mexico have the same
connotation, because nothing matters the contents of the rumors and not even
who promoted them, but they demonstrate the level of frustration of a sector of
the population that was sensitive to the recent "petrolzo" and other
affronts To the population and decided to make an adjustment of accounts with
the Mexican capitalist system. We still have to do the class and education
analysis of those who participated in the looting but the motivations of
economic problems, seems obvious. To deepen these phenomena I recommend reading
